Fall = Picturesque Camping!

Fall has always been one of my favorite seasons! From watching the leaves turn colors to celebrating Halloween and Thanksgiving, Fall has always been something I look forward to every year. Among all of the festivities I also think that this is the best time to go camping. When I feel the cold air in the morning and the warmth of the sun around noon it makes me want to walk outside my tent, make some coffee over an open fire and plan out my day hike/climb.
If you aren't the type of person who enjoys traditional camping then you can go "glamping". Glamping is a more glamorous type of camping, usually in a cabin, yurt, or a tiny home/airbnb. There are many different websites that you can find a private camp ground to enjoy nature within walking distance to a park or other fun nature activities. I normally look at tentrr.com when looking for picturesque camping sites in my area. If you do enjoy traditional camping you can look at any national park in your area and they will usually have a camp ground where you can reserve a campsite to set up your tent. One of my favorite spots to camp is in the Monongahela National Forest in West Virginia.
Wherever and however you decide to camp make sure you always respect the nature around you and leave no trace behind! Have Fun!
